The seal section (121) is provided with a bead (125) having a bent shape. The base (111) and the seal base (124) are positioned on the same plane after forming the base (111) and the seal section (121) into, for example, annular shapes having different diameters, and the base (111) and the seal section (121) are connected by a connection section (131) while the bead (125) protrudes from a plane containing at least one surface of the base (111).
