The fish roe quantitative sampler comprises a counting plate, a bottom plate and a handle assembly; the counting plate is provided with a plurality of receiving holes, each receiving hole can only accommodate one fish roe, and the bottom plate is located below the counting plate; the handle assembly is coupled to the counting plate, and one end of the handle assembly is coupled to the bottom plate through the counting plate to drive the bottom plate toward or away from the bottom plate of the counting plate.
