Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of organic photovoltaic and discloses a spirofluorene group containing organic small molecule non-fullerene receptor material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The structural formula of the organic small molecule non-fullerene receptor material is a formula I shown in the description. A 9,9'-spirobifluorene group is adopted as a core, furthermore a diazosulfide and alkly chain substituted thiophene group is introduced, cyanoindanone groups with intensive electron-withdrawing are connected with both ends of the group, and thusthe film morphology stability of the organic small molecule non-fullerene receptor material can be promoted. Due to introduction of the diazosulfide group, the energy level of a lowest unoccupied molecular orbital can be further reduced; and due to introduction of the thiophene group, on one hand, light absorption can be enhanced, and on the other hand, synthesis preparation can be facilitated. The molecule designing has the advantages of being simple in synthesis and simple and convenient in purification.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of organic photovoltaic materials, in particular to an organic small molecule non-fullerene acceptor material containing spirofluorene groups, a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Organic photovoltaics (OPV) has become a research hotspot in the field of new energy due to its advantages of light weight, low-cost large-area processing and the realization of flexible devices. For a long time, fullerene derivatives have dominated OPV device research as electron acceptors, but they are not easily modified. Common fullerene derivatives such as PC 61 BM absorbs weakly in the visible region. Non-fullerene acceptors have the advantages of adjustable energy level and wide absorption range, which are conducive to improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of OPV devices, so they have become the focus of research. [0003] The spirofluorene unit has a rigid and three-dime...
