Abstract

The present invention relates to an experiential method for measuring an internal pressure of a battery in situ. The experimental method is implemented as follows: a control device controls a triggerdevice to heat or charge the battery, so as to trigger thermal runaway of the battery; the control device controls a detection device to collect a first pressure value of a battery cavity and a secondpressure value of an air-tight cavity within set time; and the control device controls an inflation-deflation device according to the first pressure value and the second pressure value to inflate ordeflate the air-tight cavity, so that the second pressure value of the air-tight cavity is equal to the first pressure value of the battery cavity. Because internal and external pressures of the battery are balanced, a housing of the battery is located in an in-situ (the housing is not deformed) state. According to the experiential method for measuring the internal pressure of the battery in situ,the first pressure value measured by the detection device is an in-situ pressure value of the battery.
