The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a routing message to be notified to second equipment connected with first equipment; obtaining the routing type of the routing message, and searching the stored routing filtering information of the second equipment for the routing filtering information of the routing message of the routing type; and determining whether to send the routing message to the second device based on the routing filtering information. In the scheme, the route filtering information is used for filtering the route message to determine whether to send the routing message to the second equipment or not; therefore,when the first equipment announces the routing message to other equipment, filtering is carried out firstly, then the routing message can be announced as required, the routing message does not need to be announced to all equipment, the processing of the first equipment and the waste of bandwidth resources are reduced, and the bandwidth of the first equipment and the utilization rate of the processing resources are improved.
