Abstract

The invention provides a low-pressure low-flow heavy oil burner. The low-pressure low-flow heavy oil burner comprises a housing, a mixing chamber which is arranged in the housing and used for supplying a mixing space for fuel oil and gas, a fuel channel which is in communication with the mixing chamber and used for delivering fuel to the mixing chamber, an air channel which communicates with the mixing chamber and is used for delivering compressed air into the mixing chamber to be mixed with fuel, a burning chamber which is positioned at the end part of the mixing chamber and used for supplying a burning space for the atomized fuel oil, a burning-supporting gas channel which communicates with the burning chamber and is used for conveying the burning-supporting gas into the burning chamberto meet and contact with the atomized fuel oil, and a swirler which is arranged in the combustion-supporting gas channel and used for enabling the combustion-supporting gas to form a rotational flow opposite to the flowing direction of the atomized fuel oil. The heavy oil atomizing nozzle has the characteristics that fuel oil is self-sucked by negative pressure generated by forward movement of gas, rather than being sprayed out at high pressure. Therefore, a fuel nozzle can be enlarged, and the blockage of a small-flow heavy oil nozzle is avoided.
