The air conditioning defrosting method comprises the following steps that a refrigerant circulating system of an air conditioner is in a heating cycle; whether each second heat exchanger meets the start defrosting conditionor not is judged, wherein the start defrosting condition refers that the exhaust temperature TP of a compressor is larger than the start defrosting exhaust set temperature TPS; and if the second heatexchangers meet the defrosting condition, each second heat exchanger is switched to a defrosting mode according to a set sequence; and the defrosting mode refers to break a heating circulation branchwhere the to-be-defrosted second heat exchanger is located, and the outlet of the compressor is enabled to be in communication with a bypass branch of the to-be-defrosted second heat exchanger. According to the technical scheme, bypass branch defrosting is adopted, the defrosting entering condition of the second heat exchangers is set, thus defrosting is carried out under the proper condition, thetemperature of the defrosting refrigerant is guaranteed, the defrosting effect is improved, and the defrosting duration is shortened.
