Embodiment 1

[0036] Effects of ragweed essential oil on spraying and contacting mycelia of Verticillium dahliae:

[0037] Cut the aerial parts of ragweed plants collected in the wild into small pieces and put them in the essential oil distillation extractor, distill for 3-6 hours to obtain ragweed essential oil, take 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50 μl respectively Add the essential oil of 1ml of 0.1% Tween20 aqueous solution to dissolve to make essential oil suspensions of different concentrations, then mix the essential oil suspensions of different concentrations with 9ml of PDA (potato culture medium) respectively, and pour them into a plate , so that the concentration of ragweed essential oil in the plate is 0.5 μl / ml, 1 μl / ml, 1.5 μl / ml, 2 μl / ml, 2.5 μl / ml, 3 μl / ml, 3.5 μl / ml, 4 μl / ml and 5 μl / ml; Place the stipe of Verticillium dahliae with a diameter of 5 mm that has been cultivated for 7 days on different concentrations of ragweed essential oil, seal with a parafilm, and use 0.1% Tw...

Embodiment 2

[0041] Fumigation effect of ragweed essential oil on mycelia growth of Verticillium dahliae:

[0042] Method: Choose a glass plate with a diameter of 85mm, pour 20ml of PDA medium into the plate, leave 50ml of air in the plate, dissolve ragweed essential oil with 0.1% Tween20 aqueous solution, and dilute it to prepare 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 , 60μl / ml essential oil suspension, and then absorb 1ml of different concentrations of essential oil suspension and drop them on a 70mm sterilized filter paper, and then put the filter paper on the inner surface of the petri dish cover, and finally make the essential oil in the petri dish / the air in the petri dish The concentrations are 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.2μl / ml, inoculate the stipe of Verticillium dahliae with a diameter of 5mm that has been cultivated for 7 days on the PDA medium, seal the plate with a parafilm, and place it at a temperature of 25 Cultivate in an incubator at ℃, use 0.1% Tween20 aqueous solution as blank control, repeat 3 ...

Abstract

The invention relates to application of ambrosia artemisiifolia essential oil as a verticillium dahliae bactericide. Growth of verticillium dahliae is inhibited by a method of enabling the verticillium dahlia to be in contact with the ambrosia artemisiifolia essential oil and fumigating the verticillium dahlia with the ambrosia artemisiifolia essential oil. Results show that the ambrosia artemisiifolia essential oil has a significant effect on mycelial growth of the verticillium dahliae at a low concentration of 0.5 mu l / ml, and the growth inhibition effect is improved gradually with the increase of the concentration; when the concentration is continuously increased to be 5 mu l / ml, the mycelia of inoculated stems all lose the activity of continuous expansion, and the growth of the myceliais completely inhibited; in a fumigation experiment, the ambrosia artemisiifolia essential oil with the concentration of 0.2 mu l / ml fumigates the stems of the verticillium dahlia, and the mycelia ofthe stems are significantly inhibited; and when the concentration reaches 1.2 mu l / ml, the mycelia are killed completely to lose activity. The growth of the verticillium dahliae is inhibited by the ambrosia artemisiifolia essential oil provided by the invention, the ambrosia artemisiifolia essential oil is derived from plants, can be decomposed in nature, is environmentally friendly and does notpollute the environment, and meanwhile, waste harmful plants are utilized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application of the aerial part essential oil extracted from the alien invasive plant ragweed plant as a fungicide for Verticillium dahliae. Background technique [0002] The application of chemically synthesized fungicides in agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry production is difficult to decompose in nature so that they can be stored for a long time, causing environmental toxicity and phytotoxicity problems are becoming more and more serious. However, the natural bactericidal active substances extracted from nature have the incomparable advantages of synthetic fungicides such as easy degradation, no residue, and low toxicity, and their research has been paid more and more attention by people. In addition, although some chemical fungicides can be decomposed in the soil, due to long-term and large-scale application, pathogenic bacteria gradually develop resistance to fungicides, resulting in reduced or even lost effica...
