The method comprises the steps of obtaining driving data; constructing a basic emission factor based on the driving data; acquiring a corresponding fuel standard based on the driving data and the emission list using year; correcting the basic emission factor based on the driving data and the fuel oil standard to obtain a corrected emission factor; and constructing an emission list based on the corrected emission factor and the driving data. A basic construction emission factor is constructed by acquiring specific drivingdata, and the basic construction emission factor is corrected through a fuel standard, so that an accurate driving emission list with high temporal-spatial resolution is constructed.
