When error occurs in one of the infusion pumps for some reasons, the infusion pump transmits errorinformation to the neonatal exchange transfusion control platform so as to be subjected to processing by the neonatal exchange transfusion control platform; an infusion rate adjustment instruction isgiven to the infusion pump by the neonatal exchange transfusion control platform, so that infusion rate of the infusion pump is increased or decreased so as to reach an initially set infusion rate; ifthe infusion rate of the infusion pump cannot be adjusted to the initially set infusion rate, infusion rates of the other two infusion pumps are adjusted by the neonatal exchange transfusion controlplatform so as to ensure that the input rates are equal to the output rate, and the ratio of the input rates of the two input pumps is the initially set value, so that error of exchange rate is reduced; and an alarm is given out or the exchange transfusion is stopped when overrun error occurs.
