Embodiment 1
[0040] 1) Test material
[0041] The test materials come from 18 groups in the natural distribution area of Cinnamomum camphora, namely Luzhou in Sichuan, Jing'an in Jiangxi, Ningdu in Jiangxi, Yibin in Sichuan, Daozhen in Guizhou, Guilin in Guangxi, Enjiang in Jiangxi, Longgang in Jiangxi, Anqing in Anhui, Le'an in Jiangxi, Ruihong in Jiangxi, Pingxiang in Jiangxi, Guangzhou in Guangdong, Nanchang in Jiangxi, Guiyang in Guizhou, Libo in Guizhou, Wuyishan in Fujian and Nanjing in Jiangsu. Ancient camphor trees with a breast diameter greater than 60 cm were selected, and 5-10 fresh leaves were collected from each individual and transported on dry ice, quickly frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored in a -80°C refrigerator. The specific location, latitude and longitude, and number of samples of the collection group are shown in Table 1.
