no. 1 Embodiment approach

[0083] refer to figure 1 The electric wire handling tool 1A in the first embodiment will be described. figure 1 It is a schematic side view of 1 A of electric wire handling tools in 1st Embodiment.

[0084] The wire handling tool 1A includes: a first wire grip 2, a first rod member 3 connected to the first wire grip 2, a second wire grip 4, a second rod member 5 connected to the second wire grip 4, The first connecting tool 60 that connects the first rod member 3 and the second rod member 5 in a relatively movable manner, the movement restricting member 7 , and the first electric wire support 80 that is movable together with the first rod member 3 .

[0085] The first wire gripper 2 grips the first part of the wire W. The first electric wire grip 2 includes, for example, a first gripping piece 21 and a second gripping piece 22 , and the first portion of the electric wire W is sandwiched by the first gripping piece 21 and the second gripping piece 22 .

[0086] The first rod...

no. 2 Embodiment approach

[0130] refer to Figure 9 to Figure 11 The electric wire handling tool 1B in the second embodiment will be described. Figure 9 It is a schematic side view of the electric wire operation tool 1B in 2nd Embodiment. Figure 10 It is a schematic plan view of the electric wire operation tool 1B in 2nd Embodiment. In addition, in Figure 10 In , the description of the first electric wire gripper 2 and the second electric wire gripper 4 is omitted. Figure 11It is a schematic front view schematically showing the electric wire support (80, 82, 84).

[0131] In the electric wire operating tool 1B of the second embodiment, the movement restricting member 7 includes a first stopper 71 capable of restricting movement of the moving portion 32 of the first rod member 3 relative to the second rod member 5 . Relative movement is different from the electric wire handling tool 1A in the first embodiment. In the second embodiment, differences from the first embodiment will be mainly descri...

no. 3 Embodiment approach

[0213] refer to Figure 18 The electric wire handling tool 1C in the third embodiment will be described. Figure 18 It is a schematic side view of 1 C of electric wire handling tools in 3rd Embodiment.

[0214] The electric wire operation tool 1C in the third embodiment is different from the electric wire operation tool in the first embodiment (or the second embodiment) in the following constituent elements: the structure of the first rod member and the structure of the second rod member , the arrangement relationship between the first rod member and the second rod member, the structure of the first connecting tool, the structure of the second connecting tool, the arrangement of the movement restricting member, and the structure of the first electric wire support. Therefore, in the third embodiment, the structure of the first rod member 3, the structure of the second rod member 5, the arrangement relationship between the first rod member 3 and the second rod member 5, the str...

Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing an electric wire manipulating tool, an electric wire manipulating tool component, an electric wire clipping method, and an electric wire connecting method which make it possible to reduce burden on a worker and perform an electric wire clipping operation and an electric wire connecting operation safely and efficiently. An electric wire manipulating tool is provided with: a first electric wire gripper; a first rod member which is linked with the first electric wire gripper and is extendable through a relative movement of a movement portion with respect to a base portion; a second electric wire gripper; a second rod member linked with the second electric wire gripper; a first linker which links the first rod member and the second rod member so as to be movable relative to each other; a movement limitation member which limits the relative movement of the first rod member with respect to the second rod member; and a first electric wire support which moves together with the movement portion of the first rod member. With the electric wire manipulating tool, the problem can be solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a wire handling tool, a part for a wire handling tool, a wire cutting method, and a wire connecting method. Background technique [0002] There is known the cutting method of electric wire at present. Wire cutting tools are used in wire cutting methods. The electric wire cutting tool includes a first electric wire gripper, a second electric wire gripper, and a stretchable rod arranged between the first electric wire gripper and the second electric wire gripper. When cutting the electric wire with the electric wire cutting tool, the first step is to hold the first part of the electric wire with the first electric wire gripper, and hold the second part of the electric wire with the second electric wire gripper. The second step is to shrink the stretchable rod so that the distance between the first wire gripper and the second wire gripper becomes smaller. As a result of this contraction, the electric wire between the fi...
