Abstract

The invention provides an enhanced transmission mechanism of a non-sealed direct-current contactor. The mechanism comprises a shell, an end cover, a coil, a coil framework, an upper yoke, a lower yoke, a terminal, a movable iron core and a spring. A cavity is arranged in the shell, the end cover is arranged at an opening of the shell, the coil framework is placed in the cavity, the coil is wound on a side wall of the coil framework, and an installation through hole is arranged in the coil framework. The upper yoke is arranged on an upper side of the coil framework, a lower end of the upper yoke extends into the installation through hole of the coil framework, a two-stage stepped hole is arranged in the upper yoke, and a second-stage hole, located on a lower side, of the two-stage stepped hole is cooperated with a terminal. The lower yoke is arranged on the lower side of the coil framework, the upper end of the lower yoke extends into the installation through hole of the coil framework,a movable iron core extends into the installation through hole of the coil framework, and a spring abuts against the terminal and the movable iron core. The transmission mechanism is suitable for a non-sealed explosion-proof direct-current contactor, and firmness and mechanical strength of an overall structure can be ensured under the condition of ensuring an overall performance index of a product.
