The present disclosure relates to V2X full-duplex positioning assistance for vehicles to all V2X recipients. Embodiments are described for modifying operations of vehicle components based on V2X communications. In some embodiments, a method includes receiving, by a remote vehicle, a request message asking the remote vehicle what additional identifying information of the ego vehicle is requested by the remote vehicle to enable the remote vehicle to identify the ego vehicle as a sender of a V2X message. The method includes sending a response message, the response message including response data describing additional identification information of the ego vehicle, the additional identification information providing the remote vehicle with the sending of a message identifying the ego vehicle as a V2X where the ego vehicle is in a plurality of vehicles square capacity. The method includes receiving a V2X message, the V2X message including auxiliary data describing additional identifying information. The method includes modifying operation of vehicle components of the remote vehicle based on the assistance data.
