The oligodeoxyribonucleotide comprises a segment of transcription factor GATA1 binding site, wherein an FAM fluorophore is added at the 5'-end of the oligodeoxyribonucleotide; the second basic group in the sequence structure of the oligodeoxyribonucleotide is modified by amethoxy group to enhance the stability of the oligodeoxyribonucleotide in vivo; and the 3'-end of the oligodeoxyribonucleotide is modified by cholesterol, so the oligodeoxyribonucleotide can penetratethrough cell membranes and blood-brain barriers. The oligodeoxyribonucleotide provided by the invention can effectively relieve an adult-rat chronic visceral pain sensitive reaction induced by nascent colitis stimulation (NCI), and is expected to be used for clinically treating the chronic abdominal pain of the irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
