Abstract

The application provides a guide sheath comprising a base, a sheath tube and a first elastic sealing piece. Containing space is defined by the base; and a first through hole and a second through holewhich are communicated with the containing space are formed in the two opposite ends of the base. The sheath tube is inserted into the containing space through the first through hole so as to allow amedical instrument to penetrate into the sheath tube through the second through hole and the first through hole in sequence. The first elastic sealing piece is arranged in the containing space and comprises an installation part and a protruding part which are integrally formed. The installation part has an annular structure with a central opening, sealing is formed between the installation part and the base; and the protruding part covers the central opening and protrudes in a direction close to the sheath tube, so that a concave surface is formed on the side, away from the sheath tube, of theprotruding part and a convex surface is formed on the side, facing the sheath tube, of the protruding part; a third through hole is formed in the protruding part and used for allowing a medical instrument to pass through.
