Specifically, the system comprises: traffic light arrays, which are disposed on theground of a reversible lane at intervals, and are used for bidirectional indication of the driving direction of the reversible lane; a plurality of vehicle monitoring nodes, which are used for sensing vehicles running on the reversible lane and informing correspondingly connected traffic lights; a signal controller, which is used for receiving feedback information sent by traffic lights, determining traffic flows in areas corresponding to two different driving directions of the reversible lane according to the feedback information, and dynamically adjusting the traffic lights in the two areasand traffic lights in an isolation area between the two areas according to the difference of the traffic flows in the two areas so as to form a new area. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the traffic flow in different driving directions of the reversible lane can be automatically detected, the area sizes in different driving directions are dynamically adjusted according to thetraffic flow, and the resource utilization rate of the reversible lane can be increased.
