hybrid heuristic algorithm is adopted for solving, an outer layer searches for
control parameters through a non-dominated sorting
genetic algorithm, and an inner layer loads flow through a continuous averaging method; and finally, analyzing the optimal scheme, and driving the variable lane and the annunciator by adopting asynchronous logic after consistency
verification. According to the invention, deep cooperation of time and space resources is realized, road network flow distribution is optimized in combination with driver path selection behaviors, and
traffic efficiency and
system safety are effectively improved.
