The method aims at guaranteeing that emergency vehicles rapidly and safely pass through the T-shaped intersection and meanwhile the influence of arrangement of emergency reversible lanes on normal operation of social vehicles is reduced to the maximum degree. The method includes the steps that firstly, a detector, a signal machine configured with computer programs and a signal lamp are installed on the T-shaped intersection meeting a condition; secondly, after an emergency evacuation start command is received, an emergency reversible lane channelization scheme is executed according to emergency vehicle operation directions; thirdly, a channelization scheme for residual lanes of entrance lanes of the emergency reversible lanes is set; eventually, inlet entrance division release control over the social vehicles is achieved through active signal control.
