17 results about "Thin client" patented technology

A thin client is a lightweight computer that has been optimized for establishing a remote connection with a server-based computing environment. The server does most of the work, which can include launching software programs, performing calculations, and storing data. This contrasts with a fat client or a conventional personal computer; the former is also intended for working in a client–server model but has significant local processing power, while the latter aims to perform its function mostly locally.

Semantic Robotic Device System

A semantic robotic device system infers semantics based on data received from at least one transceiver, and further determines that inferred semantics are affirmative or non-affirmative. One or more subsequent semantics are inferred at a subsequent time, to cause a reduction in entropy between the one or more subsequent semantics and an affirmative semantic. The semantic robotic device system generates thin client presentation data in rapport with a semantic goal, and causes the at least one transceiver to transmit the thin client presentation data to a remote device.

PendingAU2020384274B2GraphicsDocumentation
Systems and methods are disclosed for synchronizing a document markup modification across a plurality of devices. One method comprises subscribing to one or more events occurring in a first document markup application, the first document markup application being a first thin client application, and receiving a notification indicating a modification to a document markup in the first document markup application. A cross-compatible markup object associated with the modified document markup may be extracted and transmitted to a second document markup application, the second document markup application being a second thin client application.

Selectively distributing visualizations using thin clients

A system may include a computing system communicatively coupled to a plurality of client devices. The computing system may receive an indication of an event-based trigger for deploying visualization content and retrieve visualization content associated with the event-based trigger. The visualization content may be generated via a first client device of the plurality of client devices. The computing system may then identify a user associated with the-event based trigger, identify a second client device of the plurality of client devices associated with the user, and send the visualization content to the second client device.

Online secret encryption

A method includes receiving, by a server computer, a thin client identifier from a thin client on a communication device. The server computer can then retrieve an encrypted first cryptographic key based on the thin client identifier. The encrypted first cryptographic key is a first cryptographic key encrypted with a second cryptographic key. The server computer can initiate sending the encrypted first cryptographic key to the thin client. The server computer then receives an encrypted secret from the thin client, the encrypted secret being a secret encrypted with the first cryptographic key.

External device control system, method, electronic device, medium, and product

The application relates to the technical field of communication, and provides an external device control system and method, an electronic device, a medium and a product. The system comprises a thin client application server, a remote dictionary server Redis server, an application server and a device control application which are sequentially connected in communication. The thin client application server is used for receiving a control request of a thin client to an external device to be controlled, and publishing a request message to the Redis server based on the control request. The Redis server is used for forwarding the request message to the application server. The application server is used for distributing the request message to the device control application corresponding to an operator ID in the request message. The device control application is used for determining the external device to be controlled based on the request message, and controlling the external device to be controlled to perform an operation corresponding to the control request. The application releases the constraint of the external device connection cable, avoids the stability problem of the direct connection of the thin client and the external device, and can improve the control efficiency of the external device based on the thin client.

Techniques for secure data exchange

Systems and methods for performing secure exchange of cryptographic keys (e.g., public keys) between two devices are disclosed. One or more initialization keys are stored at both devices. In some embodiments, at least one device (e.g., a reader device) stores the initialization key (e.g., a symmetric key, an asymmetric key pair) in local memory as part of the device's manufacturing process. The second device (e.g., a thin client device) is capable of receiving the initialization key from a receiving cloud (e.g., a server computer configured to perform terminal processing). The initialization key is used to perform a secure exchange of the corresponding public keys of the devices. Once these public keys have been exchanged, the devices are able to continue establishing a secure connection, which enables subsequent operations to be performed.

Graphics rendering optimization service and client for thin client applications

Systems and methods to automatically provide graphics rendering optimization settings in real-time to a client device for rendering of graphics by a client application such as running on a browser or hand-held device. Specifically, a specially-configured Graphics Rendering Optimization Client application running on a client device sends requests to a corresponding Graphics Rendering Optimization Service running on a server system to obtain graphics rendering settings in real-time for rendering of graphics by the client application running on the client device, thereby providing automated and real-time graphics rendering optimization with little impact on the performance of the client application and client device. In certain embodiments, the Graphics Rendering Optimization Service employs an Al-based model that is trained and used to predict the graphics rendering settings in real time to improve the rendering performance.

System and method for managing an operating system using tokenized identity

A System for managing an operating system using tokenized identity. The system maintains a token repository storing user tokens, Unique-Numbers, and Public-Keys. The system registers users by processing biometric samples to compute a Secret-Key, generating a Unique-Number, and computing a Public-Key. The Public-Key (P1) is stored in the token repository, on the provisioned virtual remote device, and on a thin client application on a personal local device. The Unique-Number is stored on the provisioned virtual remote device and in the token repository. Further, the system receives session signing requests from a proxy-user management application integrated with various device Operating Systems via thin client sessions. The system authenticates users through a two-step process using real-time biometric samples, and comparing computed Real-Time-Unique-Numbers with stored Unique-Numbers. Upon authentication, the system fetches user tokens, identifies corresponding proxy-user management application instances, captures user approval, and affixes biometrically authenticated signatures in session logs.
