The embodiment of the invention provides an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a double-sided display device. The array substrate comprises a plurality of first areas and a pluralityof second areas. Each first area comprises a first driving thin film transistor and a first light-emitting unit electrically connected with the first driving thin film transistor; and each second areacomprises a second driving thin film transistor and a second light-emitting unit electrically connected with the second driving thin film transistor. The first light-emitting unit is a top-emitting organic light-emitting diode, and the second light-emitting unit is a double-sided light-emitting organic light-emitting diode. The width-to-length ratio of the channel of the second driving thin filmtransistor is greater than the width-to-length ratio of the channel of the first driving thin film transistor. According to the embodiment, the problem of uneven brightness of the main display surfaceof the double-sided display device can be improved, and the display brightness of the auxiliary display surface is improved.
