The embodiment of the disclosure provides a medical text processing method and device, a computer readable storage medium and electronic equipment. The method comprises the steps: acquiring a medicaltext; classifying the medical text through classifiers; normalizing the classified medical text according to a word segmentation dictionary; and acquiring structured data of the medical text accordingto the normalized medical text. The classifiers comprise a first classifier and a second classifier; the first classifier is used for classifying the medical text for the first time, the medical textis divided into a long text class in long text classification, the second classifier is used for classifying the long text classified into the long text classification for the second time, and the medical text is further classified into one of description classification and conclusion classification. According to the invention, medical text processing can be realized, and the efficiency and accuracy of medical text processing are improved.
