The signal channel calibration method comprises the steps of: determining transmission delay of a to-be-calibrated channel relative to a pre-selected reference channel, and completing the signal delay calibration of the to-be-calibrated channel according to the obtained transmission delay; calculating an initial phase of each channel by adopting a least square method, and determining a phase difference between the to-be-calibrated channel and the reference channel; and completing calibration of the signal phase difference of the to-be-calibrated channel according to the obtained phase difference. The signal channel calibration method adopts the methodbased on correlation with least squares, designs a signal multi-channel amplitude-phase characteristic analysis calculation and calibration method which is based on signal acquisition data of the same signal in each channel, obtains signal amplitude delay information through calculation by adopting an envelope correlation method, obtains phase information of each channel signal through least square calculation, automatically completes amplitude-phase characteristic calibration work of each signal channel according to measurement information, and realizes consistency of amplitude-phase characteristics of each signal channel.
