A first end ofthe voltage surge detection control circuit is connected with a power supply input terminal and is used for carrying out front-end surge detection; a second end of the voltage surge detection controlcircuit is connected with a control terminal of the surge protection switch circuit, and the voltage surge detection control circuit is used for controlling the surge protection switch circuit according to a front-end surge detection result; and the surge protection switch circuit is arranged between a power supply output terminal and a circuit device needing surge protection, and is used for carrying out rear-end surge protection under the control of the voltage surge detection control circuit.
