A closed sample cavity is formed in the cooling liquid flowing cavity, the surface of the sample cavity is sleeved with a hollow pipe, the hollow pipe is wound with a radio frequency coil, and cooling liquid enters the cooling liquid flowing cavity from the liquid inflow end of the cooling liquid flowing cavity and is discharged out of the cooling liquid flowing cavity from the liquid outflow end of the cooling liquid flowing cavity after passing through the hollow pipe; the circulating temperature controller comprises a temperature regulator and a circulating pump, the circulating pump is arranged on a pipeline between the temperature regulator and the sample holder, and the cooling liquidis injected into the pipeline.
