Abstract

The invention discloses a test method and device for in-situ monitoring of strength development of a carbonized product. The method comprises the following steps: putting a prefabricated test sample into a carbonization environment box; placing a temperature sensor at the center of the surface of the test sample; respectively placing a transmitting end probe and a receiving end probe of an ultrasonic sensor on the two sides of a mold of the test sample, and enabling the transmitting end probe and the receiving end probe to be in close contact with the test sample; sealing the carbonization environment box, and introducing mixed gas into the carbonization environment box, so as to enable the air pressure in the carbonization environment box to be increased to preset air pressure; and acquiring and storing effective temperature data and ultrasonic transmission speed data, and processing the collected effective data to obtain a carbonization temperature rise curve and an ultrasonic speedcurve of the test sample. The temperature change of the test sample and the transmission time of the elastic wave in the sample in the carbonization process can be accurately measured, and the strength development process of the carbonized product is effectively reflected.
