Disclosed is a centralized heating quality adjustment intelligent control system and method. The system comprises a main control system, a local area network (LAN) and a plurality of heating station control subsystems. Each heating station control subsystem is accessed to the LAN to be connected with the main control system and comprises a heating station server, an intelligent communication module, a programmable controller, a simulation quantity collecting module, a simulation quantity output module, a heat collecting device, a plurality of temperature sensors, a plurality of pressure sensors, an electric butterfly valve, an inverter controller, an indoor temperature collector, a plurality of indoor temperature sensors, a field control terminal and a UPS central power supply system. By the indoor temperature sensors mounted in a room of a user, indoor temperature information can be collected and converted into effective temperature data which is updated to the heating station server, each heating station control subsystem controls an actual executing mechanism of a centralized heating system according to data collected on site and indoor temperature so as to guarantee quality and quantity and save energy.
