Abstract

The invention discloses a color contrast enhanced drawing method, device and system suitable for an optical transmission type head-mounted display, and the method comprises the steps: (1) collecting abackground environment in real time so as to obtain a background video, and carrying out the Gaussian blur and visual field correction of the video; (2) converting the original drawing color and theprocessed video color from an RGB color space to a CIELAB color space scaled to a unit sphere range; (3) searching an optimal drawing color based on the original drawing color and the processed videocolor in the scaled CIELAB space according to a set color difference constraint, a chromaticity saturation constraint, a brightness constraint and a minimum visual difference constraint; (4) converting the optimal drawing color back to the RGB space, and performing real-time drawing by utilizing the optimal drawing color of the RGB space. The method is wide in application range, the discriminationbetween the virtual content and the background environment can be remarkably improved, various virtual scenes and background environments are supported, and a pre-preparation process is not needed.
