Abstract

The invention relates to conductive foam, an ultrasonic fingerprint module, a display screen assembly and electronic equipment. The conductive foam comprises the following components by mass: 1.5%-2.5% of carbon powder, 3%-5% of copper powder, 3%-5% of nickel powder and the balance resin which are evenly mixed, wherein the particle size of the carbon powder is less than or equal to 0.005 mm, the particle size of the copper powder is less than or equal to 0.01 mm, and the particle size of the nickel powder is less than or equal to 0.01 mm. The conductive foam can be used for manufacturing a shielding layer; the shielding layer can be attached to a substrate in the ultrasonic fingerprint module; when the ultrasonic fingerprint module works, the shielding layer can reflect ultrasonic waves emitted by the piezoelectric layer towards the side where the substrate is located, and the reflected ultrasonic waves and the ultrasonic waves emitted by the piezoelectric layer towards the side wherethe electrode layer is located can form resonance, so the signal intensity of the ultrasonic waves for collecting fingerprint images is enhanced, and the collected fingerprint images are clearer. In addition, the shielding layer further has a good electromagnetic shielding effect, and EMI protection can be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fingerprint identification, in particular to a conductive foam, an ultrasonic fingerprint module, a display screen component and electronic equipment. Background technique [0002] In the related art, the ultrasonic fingerprint module is pasted on the display panel of the electronic device with glue, so that the display panel can have a fingerprint recognition function. However, when the ultrasonic fingerprint module is working, it will easily radiate a large amount of electromagnetic waves and become a source of radiation interference. If the ultrasonic fingerprint module is not protected against EMI, it will not only affect the performance of the ultrasonic fingerprint module itself, but may reduce the signal strength so that the collected fingerprint images will not be accurate. It is clear, and it will also cause electromagnetic interference to other electronic components in the electronic equipment, ...
