The method comprises the steps of obtaining the cluster load information which is reported by a first type cluster and has a standard data structure, wherein the standard data structure is a data structure used when the cluster load information is reported by the first type cluster and other types of clusters; judging whether the first type of cluster meets a resource adjustment condition or not according to the cluster load information with the standard data structure; and if so, adjusting the resources of the first type of cluster.
