The method comprises following steps: acquiring gait pressure signals, and identifying gait phases by adopting fuzzylogic reasoning rules on the basis of the gait pressure signals; recording a phase sequence of the gait phases; calculating the gait phase duration and the total gait cycle according to phase sequence intervals; counting the abnormal gait cycle deviating from standard gait according to medical standard phase duration on the basis of a Perry model standard gait sequence; and obtaining an abnormalcycle ratio on the basis of the abnormal gait cycle and the total gait cycle, and utilizing the abnormal cycle ratio as gait health assessment basis.
