The method comprises the following steps: determining each task needing to be executed by the satellite; determining a functional structure block diagram of a satellite level when the satellite executes each task, wherein the functional structure block diagram of the satellite level comprises a plurality of subsystems; evaluating the task health degree and the risk health degree of the satellite level of each task by utilizing the functional structure blockdiagram of the satellite level when the satellite executes each task; weighting and accumulating the task health degree of the satellite level of each task to obtain a satellite task health degree, and weighting and accumulating the risk health degree of the satellite level of each task to obtain a satellite risk health degree; and comprehensively evaluating the health state of the satellite according to the satellite task health degree and the satellite risk health degree.
