The permanent magnets are adopted to replace electromagnets for excitation, no heat effect is generated, redundant loss of parts caused by unnecessary heat loads is reduced, and the service life of the parts is prolonged. And an additional power supply is not needed to provide an electromagnetic field, so that a large amount of power is saved, and the weight of suspension equipment on the bogie is greatly reduced.

The invention discloses a pre-tension torque detection system and detection method of wind driven generator foundation anchors. The method comprises the following steps: firstly establishing a wind driven generator foundation anchor anchoring system bending vibration mechanics model; and then deducing an inherent frequency equation of the foundation anchor anchoring system; applying instantaneousexcitation on a top end of a foundation anchor exposed section through an excitation hammer, collecting a vibration signal through an acceleration sensor, and analyzing the vibration signal through adynamic signal collection and analyzer, thereby acquiring the vibration inherent frequency of each wind driven generator foundation anchor; and then obtaining a normal contact rigidity k based on themechanics model and the inherent frequency equation, thereby indirectly identifying the pre-tension torque of each wind driven generator foundation anchor. Through the detection disclosed by the invention, the problem that the pre-tension torque of each wind driven generator foundation anchor is large in loss and failed due to wind-induced fatigue can be detected, and the detection has important technical and economic benefit and considerable commercial prospect for guiding the repeated pre-tensioning and reinforcing of each foundation anchor and preventing the draught fan from producing serious accident due to excessive pre-tension torque loss or failure.
