AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology helps companies evaluate their employees by measuring how well they are doing at work or performing tasks correctly without being threatened during rehabilitation sessions afterward. It also includes an algorithm that predicts which parts of them will be safe when used next time (called risk). By comparing this prediction against previous predictions, we aim to improve staffing practice and reduce potential risks associated therewith. Overall, these technologies help organizations make better decisions about ensuring employee safety while working alongside other professionals.

Problems solved by technology

This patented describes an issue where people working alongside different roles may face risks when entering certain areas during peak hours due to their own personal hazards like physical harmorsms. These threats require careful consideration while maintaining good healthy relationships between staff members and customers. To address these issues, advanced manufacturing facilities operate under strict regulations requiring highly skilled laborers who perform tasks related to productivity. However, current security systems cannot provide sufficient opportunities for safer entry into critical locations without incurring significant costs associated with managing occupancy orders.

Embodiment Construction

[0058] It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention and the features in the embodiments can be combined with each other if there is no conflict.

[0059] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and in conjunction with the embodiments.

[0060] Such as figure 1 As shown, a method for quantitative assessment of job safety competence of port operators includes the following steps:

[0061] A. Determine the target job position and personnel list, and the characteristic elements that affect the safety performance of the job personnel;

[0062] B. Determine the core elements of port operators’ job safety competencies;

[0063] C. Construct a non-linear evaluation index system for port operators' job safety competence with core elements as target variables;

[0064] D. Construct the AHP-entropy weight method calculation model of the index system to obtain the weight of each level index;

[0065] E. Obtain the job safety c...

Abstract

The invention provides a quantitative evaluation method for post safety competence of port operators. The quantitative evaluation method comprises the following steps: A, determining a target operation post, a staff list and characteristic factors influencing the safety performance of the post operators; b, determining core elements of the post safety competency of the port operating personnel; c,constructing a port operator post safety competence nonlinear evaluation index system taking the core element as a target variable; d, constructing an AHP-entropy weight method calculation model of the index system to obtain the weight of each level index; and E, obtaining a post safety competence value of the port operator. The method has the advantages that based on target sample dynamic collection and big data analysis, the technical problem of quantitative evaluation of the job safety competence of operators is solved, optimal matching of the operators and the posts is achieved, the safety skills of the operators are improved, and the current situation of port safety production is improved.
