The invention discloses a petrochemical equipment major risk remote diagnosis system and method based on mixed reality, wherein the system comprises: a petrochemical equipment recognition module whichis used for receiving the collected image information of a risk site, and recognizing petrochemical equipment in the image information; a mixed reality scene generation module which is used for acquiring static information and dynamic information corresponding to the petrochemical equipment and generating a risk site mixed reality scene according to the image information and the static information and the dynamic information corresponding to the petrochemical equipment; and a remote terminal that is used for receiving the risk site mixed reality scene and displaying the risk site mixed reality scene to remote diagnosis personnel. The problem that multi-dimensional risk information cannot be accurately shared in time, experts must be on site, and the experts are limited by time and space in traditional diagnosis is solved.

The invention provides an irregular part welding jig and a welding method thereof. The irregular part welding jig comprises a base, a clamping device installed on the base, a three-segment bottom electrode disposed in the clamping device, a moving locating plate disposed above the clamping device, an insulation lifting device driving the moving locating plate to move, a top electrode device for auxiliary pressing of an irregular part and an automatic discharging device used for taking the welded irregular part out from a profiling die cavity. The upper surface of the moving locating plate is provided with the profiling die cavity the same as the irregular part in structure. The profiling die cavity is used for locating the irregular part. The upper surface of the moving locating plate is provided with through holes through which segment structures of the three-segment bottom electrode can pass freely in a normally open state. When taking out the welded part after welding, the automatic discharging device automatically moves upward from an unloading hole relative to the moving locating plate and pushes the welded part out from the profiling die cavity of the moving locating plate. The irregular part welding jig and the welding method improve the welding efficiency and the welding quality greatly, realize the intrinsic safety of part welding in the production process, save energy and reduce work intensity.
