Abstract

The system is used on a seat of a traffic carrier and comprises a braid locking device, an emergency locking braid curling mechanism with oneor two emergency locking braid curling devices and two automatic locking braid curling devices. The emergency locking braid curling device is arranged on a seat or a vehicle body and provides two shoulder braids. The two automatic locking braid curling devices are arranged on a left side and a right side of the seat and are provided with lower braids; the braid locking device comprises a seat buckle and a fastener which can be buckled with each other, the seat buckle is connected with the shoulder braid and the lower braid; and the fastener is connected with the other shoulder braid and the other lower braid. When a traffic vehicle tilts, decelerates emergently or brakes to stop, the emergency locking braid curling device immediately locks the two shoulder braids, and the two automatic locking braid curling devices are combined to tighten the two lower braids so that the shoulder braids and the lower braids which are dispersedly wound on a body of a passenger truly bind a user on theseat, and optimal comprehensive safety protection performance is achieved.
