The invention discloses a self-service basic life support assessment system based on a video interpretation technology, and the system comprises a data collection module which is used for collecting an operation video of an assessed person in a whole BLS skill operation process, and an intelligent interpretation module which comprises a voice recognition module and an action recognition module, wherein a voice recognition module which is used for extracting audio data in the operation video for voice recognition interpretation and an action recognition module which is used for extracting imagedata in the operation video for action recognition interpretation. A self-service assessment central control unit is used for controlling the data acquisition module and the intelligent interpretation module. The system can intelligently, automatically and truly record and accurately analyze the condition of the BLS operation process of the student, can replace a teacher to directly assess and score the BLS operation process of the student, and saves the resources of the teacher.
