The invention relates to a double-track pre-hospital emergency response system based on an information interaction platform and an application method thereof, the system comprises an information interaction platform module, and the information interaction platform module comprises a distress call receiving module, a medical consultant module, a responsibility hospital module, a sentinel point hospital module and a vehicle scheduling module. The application method is configured to be a double-track system response method, and comprises the steps of triggering emergency scheduling for calling for help for a first track, and being responsible for patient positioning, path planning, basic life support task issuing and resource allocation; and the second track is remote medical guidance intervention which is dominated by an advanced medical consultant, carries out rapid illness state identification and remote intervention on the basis of information flow and video access in the initial stage of calling for help, identifies patients needing CPR and ECMO, immediately and remotely guides on-site first aid and decides to start an ECMO team and a gridding area response process. The system achieves the effects of alarm receiving, judgment and intervention, and remarkably improves the response efficiency and treatment level of a pre-hospital emergency system.

A method and system provide an end-to-side anastomosis graft via percutaneous access for cardiac and vascular surgeries. The system includes a vascular graft configured for stable placement within a vessel, a sheath for long-term maintenance and use of the graft, and a closure device configured for secure ligation and transection of the graft when no longer in use. The system facilitates the use of extracorporeal life support devices and other cardiac interventions, reducing the need for open surgical exposure and allowing use by non-surgeons, such as interventional cardiologists.
