The method comprises the steps of according to IMSI or MSISDN, carried in a query request, of a to-be-recognized mobile terminal and a pre-established corresponding relation among the IMSI, the MSISDN and the TMSI, obtaining the TMSI of the to-be-identified mobile terminal through query; sending theinquired TMSI of the to-be-identified mobile terminal to a wireless signaling analysis module; enabling the wireless signaling analysis module to match the accessed TMSI of the to-be-identified mobileterminal with the queried TMSI of the to-be-identified mobile terminal, and determining whether the accessed to-be-identified mobile terminal is a target terminal or not according to a matching result. According to the embodiment of the invention, the wireless signaling analysis module is linked with the core network signaling analysis module, and the target on the air interface can be accuratelyidentified by receiving the latest TMSI of the to-be-identified mobile terminal sent by the core network signaling analysis module, so that the problem of false identification in the prior art is solved.
