Abstract

The invention discloses a clutch centrifugal oil pressure testing device capable of adjusting axial space, and the device comprises an adjusting sleeve, a driving disc, a piston, an oil cylinder, a driving shaft, a current collection ring and a current assignment casing; one end of the driving shaft passes through the current assignment casing and then is fixedly and coaxially connected with a rotor of the current collection ring; the oil cylinder, the piston and the driving disc are orderly and coaxially arranged at the outside of the driving shaft through sleeving; the oil cylinder, the piston and an external edge of the driving disc are fixedly connected through a fastening bolt; moreover, adjusting sleeves are respectively mounted between an end face of the oil cylinder and one end face of the piston and between the end face of the driving disc and the other end face of the piston, and each adjusting sleeve is arranged on the fastening bolt through sleeving; an external diameter pressure testing point mounting hole of the oil cylinder and a pressure sensor mounting hole on the piston are testing points for testing oil pressure, each testing point is internally provided with thepressure sensor; and the device can test centrifugal oil pressure under different radiuses in the clutch oil cylinder, and can change axial length of a ring-shaped oil chamber of the clutch through the adjusting sleeve so as to obtain centrifugal oil pressure of different piston positions.
