Abstract
The invention discloses a stem cell cryopreservation liquid as well as a preparation method and a use method thereof. The stem cell cryopreservation liquid is prepared from 0 to 20 percent of DMSO, 1to 2 percent of glycerol, 1 to 2 percent of trehalose, 2 to 5 percent of ethanol, 0.05 to 0.07 percent of N-dodecanoyl sarcosine, 0.7 to 1.0 percent of calcium phosphate, 0.03 to 0.06 percent of polyporus acid C, 0.02 to 0.05 percent of trigonelline, 0.01 to 0.04 percent of 1, 8-cineole, and the balance of DMEM culture medium. After the stem cell cryopreservation liquid is used for cryopreservation, the stem cell resuscitation rate reaches 90% or above, and compared with non-cryopreserved cells, the proliferation speed is not obviously reduced and even increased.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of cell biology, in particular to a stem cell cryopreservation solution and a method for preparing and using the same. Background technique [0002] Stem cells are a type of cells with high self-renewal proliferation and multi-directional differentiation potential, including neural stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, etc., which can differentiate into various types of cells under certain conditions. Stem cells have multiple uses and functions, and can be used to study the growth and development of tissues and organs in vitro, to establish disease models, to screen drugs, and to treat diseases. For example, mesenchymal stem cells can differentiate into fat, cartilage, muscle, tendon, ligament, nerve, liver, heart muscle, endothelial and other tissue cells under specific induction conditions in vivo or in vitro, and can be used as ideal seed cells for aging and repair of tissue and organ damage caused by dise...
