The device extends in the axial direction, but the cross section is kept unchanged, so that large-cross-section receiving of ions is guaranteed; a light path can penetrate through the space along the axial direction to ensure an extremely small incident angle, so that high sensitivity and high spatial resolution are obtained; due to the characteristics of deflection focusing and vertical extraction, ion transmission is separated from a light path, and secondary action of laser and ions is avoided; and the device can be combined with other ion sources for use through an atmospheric pressure sample injection interface.
