Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting perchlorate in tea leaves. The method comprises the following steps: S1, sampling a sample: weighing 0.5 g of tea leaf sample and putting the tea leaf sample into a measuring cup, wherein the measuring precision of the tea leaf sample is accurate to 0.0001 g; S2, soaking the sample: filtering the soaking solution in the step S2, and then, filling a 100mL volumetric flask with the filtered soaking solution; S3, filtering the sample: adding a perchlorate isotope internal standard solution into the 100mL volumetric flask filled with the soak solution; S4, fixing the volume of the sample; S5, purifying the sample; and S6, detecting on a machine. Compared with a liquid mass method, ion chromatography takes ion exchange as a main working mechanism,a pure water phase sample extracting solution is allowed to be directly injected in a large volume, and the perchlorate can obtain higher separation column efficiency; and meanwhile, after a mobile phase of the ion chromatography is inhibited by an electrolysis inhibitor, a matrix is water, and a stable high-molecular polymer exchange chromatographic column is matched, so that the baseline noise of the mass spectrum can be greatly reduced, higher sensitivity and analysis method specificity are obtained, and the detection requirements of the perchlorate in the tea leaves are met.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of detection, and more specifically relates to a method for detecting perchlorate in tea. Background technique [0002] Perchlorate is a persistent toxic substance. After the human thyroid gland absorbs perchlorate, affected by it, it will reduce the absorption of iodine, which will disturb the metabolism and endanger human health. Long-term perchlorate intake, especially for pregnant women, embryos, and babies, is very harmful and should be paid attention to. [0003] The main sources of perchlorate pollution are aerospace, pyrotechnics manufacturing, arms industry, rubber products, fuel coatings, etc. Sources of perchlorate in tea include natural occurrence and man-made pollution, which may come from the soil used in the planting process, natural fertilizers, irrigation water, industrial discharge, etc., as well as the use of chlorine-containing disinfectants during processing and the migration of packag...
