The quantification method comprises the following steps: S1, classifying boundaries of different types of natural reserves; S2, extracting boundary overlapping regions of different types of natural reserves; S3, calculating the absolute overlapping rate of each natural protected area andother natural protected areas; S4, calculating the absolute overlapping number of each natural protected area and other natural protected areas; S5, obtaining a continuous overlapping region model based on the absolute overlapping number; and S6, performing grade and category division according to the continuous overlapping region model to obtain aggregation characteristics of each region.
