Abstract

The present invention provides a tool for correcting pelvic malposition, i.e., a physical treatment device for pelvic reduction and lower back pain reduction, comprising: a generally elongated extendable body having a grip at each end; and a leg support portion formed between the handles. The leg rest portion is configured to receive a user's legs/thighs at the thighs and allow the user to equallydrive their legs forward and backward in opposite directions while holding the grip to rest the tool in place. Accordingly, a force is formed on the user's pelvis, resulting in a rotation to reset the user's pelvis and its lumbar vertebra, and to reduce lower back pain.
