Abstract

The invention discloses a display panel, a manufacturing method and a display device. The display panel includes: a substrate having a display area and a non-display area; a planarization layer, covering the display area and the non-display area of the substrate; an organic light-emitting element, located in the display area and located on the side, away from the substrate, of the planarization layer; a packaging structure, wrapping the organic light-emitting element and comprising a first inorganic layer, an organic layer and a second inorganic layer which are sequentially arranged in a stacked mode. The first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer extend into the non-display area, the first inorganic layer is arranged close to the planarization layer, and the display panel meetsat least one of the following conditions that the display panel comprises a third inorganic layer, located in the non-display area and located between the planarization layer and the first inorganic layer; the portion, located in the non-display area, of the planarization layer is provided with a groove, and the groove is filled with a tough water-blocking oxygen material.
