Problems solved by technology

However, the existing problems of self-owned power plants need to be solved urgently, so how to regulate self-owned power plants and make them participate in the market fairly has attracted much attention
In the face of the existing self-provided power plant management and market participation requirements, the corresponding management model can no longer cope with the new situation, and there is an urgent need to upgrade monitoring management technology

Embodiment 2

[0163] In order to realize the above method, the present invention also provides a system for evaluating the flexibility of an enterprise's own power plant, such as Figure 4 shown, including:

[0164] The mode determination module is used to determine the working mode based on the adjustable load in the production process of the enterprise and the predetermined enterprise source-load-flow relationship;

[0165] The optimal working mode determination module is used to solve the switching probability of different working modes based on the characteristic function set for each working mode in advance, and then determine the optimal working mode switching process;

[0166] Evaluation module for evaluating flexibility according to the optimal working mode switching process;

[0167] The source-to-charge flow relationship of the enterprise is determined by the power supply mode on the source side of the enterprise and the condition of the electrical equipment on the load side.

Abstract

The invention provides a method and a system for evaluating the flexibility of an enterprise self-contained power plant. The method comprises the steps of determining a working mode based on an adjustable load in an enterprise production process and an enterprise source load circulation relationship determined by an enterprise source side power supply mode and a load side electric equipment condition; solving switching probabilities of different working modes based on the characteristic function, and further determining an optimal working mode switching process; and evaluating the flexibilityaccording to the optimal working mode switching process. the flexibility adjusting potential of the self-contained power plant can be effectively mined from the production technology level, the methodis suitable for enterprises to which different types of self-contained power plants belong. The flexibility adjusting capacity of the self-contained power plant is quantified through specific indexes, and a basis is provided for the enterprises to which multiple types of self-contained power plants belong to participate in power grid interaction; the potential of peak regulation and promotion ofnew energy consumption is exerted; the demand response potential of the self-contained power plant is fully excavated, and the self-contained power plant is promoted to help new energy consumption under a new situation and participate in peak shaving application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electric power systems and automation thereof, and particularly relates to a method and a system for evaluating the flexibility of an enterprise-owned power plant. Background technique [0002] Captive power plants refer to power plants built by enterprises to meet their own electricity needs. The self-provided power plant generates electricity according to the criteria that meets the production needs of the unit, and purchases part of the electricity from the grid when the self-consumption is insufficient. The opposite is a utility power plant, a power plant that provides electricity to the public. [0003] In order to better manage and supervise captive power plants, it is necessary to correctly guide and standardize the development of captive power plants, promote the common management of various types of power plants, and popularize the auxiliary services of captive power plants. However, the existi...
