According to the method, an original acceleration model is converted into an acceleration factor model, a mathematical method for estimating an acceleration factor by utilizing acceleration test data is provided, unknown parameters of the acceleration factor model are obtained through regression analysis, and step-down stress acceleration testdata is equivalently converted to a normal stress level by utilizing the acceleration factor model; and finally, the equivalent life data is analyzed to obtain product reliability and life indexes.
