The seal comprises a graphite ring, a sealing body sleeve, a graphite body base and a locking pressing plate, wherein both the graphite ring and the graphite body base are located in the sealing body sleeve, the graphite ring is located between the end face of the sealing body sleeve and the graphite bodybase, a mounting groove fixed to a supporting stator assembly is formed in the outer circle of the sealing body sleeve, a radial pin for circumferentially limiting the graphite body base is arrangedat the position of the mounting groove of an inner hole of the sealing body sleeve, a spring is arranged between the outer circle of the graphite ring and the sealing body sleeve, the locking pressingplate rotates in the circumferential direction to enable a protruding shoulder at the outer circle of the locking pressing plate to enter the mounting groove of an inner hole of the sealing body sleeve, and a spring plate piece is arranged between the locking pressing plate and the graphite body base. The graphite seal for the lubricating oil cavity can be applied to a gas compressor or a test gas compressor of a small gas turbine.
