Embodiment 1

[0027]The response surface method of the present embodiment optimizes a yellow-flowered multi-sugar-assisted extraction process, including the following steps:

[0028]Step 1: Heat a yellow-pollen with 80% ethanol to reflow twice, degreasing, decolorizing, out of oligosaccharide and small molecule impurities, and finally a solvent is obtained;

[0029]Step 2: Three independent variables, additional enzymatic temperature and pH are examined by handling the samples, and the addition of an enzyme, enzymatic temperature and pH are expressed by A, B and C, respectively;

[0030]Step 3: On the basis of single factor test, use the Box-BEHNKEN Design (BBD) center combination design, with PPS extraction rate Y (%) as a response value, investigate the influence of three independent variables on the extract rate;

[0031]Step 4: Regression analysis of the response surface experimental results of a yellow flower polysaccharide yield, and the return equation is obtained after returning three factors:

Abstract

The invention provides a response surface methodology optimized ultrasonic-assisted extraction process for solidago decurrens polysaccharide. The process comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out heating reflux on solidago decurrens powder with 80% ethanol twice, degreasing, decolorizing, removing oligosaccharide and small molecular impurities, and finally volatilizing a solvent to obtain a treated sample; and on the basis of a single-factor test, investigating the influence of independent variables on the extraction yield by utilizing Box-Behnken Designn (BBD) center combination design and utilizing the PPs extraction rate Y (%) as a response value. According to the invention, solidago decurrens is used as a raw material, and the polysaccharide of the solidago decurrens is extracted by adopting an ultrasonic extraction method; and on the basis of a single-factor experiment, the ultrasonic extraction condition of the solidago decurrens polysaccharide is optimized by adopting a response surface method so as to determine the optimal extraction process condition of the solidago decurrens polysaccharide.

Description

Technical field[0001]The present invention relates to the field of yellow-flowers extraction, and in particular to the response surface method to optimize a yellow-flowered polycharide ultrasonic auxiliary extraction process.Background technique[0002]A yellow flower is a yellow flowery plant. It is a multi-mode species, and the leaf shape is greatly changed. Can be used in wholerape, taste, bitter, fine temperature, can be hot, detoxification and swollen. In the study of a yellow flower chemical composition, the study of polysaccharide extraction is less. However, a large number of pharmacological and clinical studies have confirmed that a yellow flower polysaccharide has bacteriostatic, clearing and detoxifying, swelling, can cure sore throat, fever, can also treat sore, is a good Chinese herbal medicine. It has broad prospects as food, feed additives. Therefore, it is of great significance to optimize a yellow-flowered polysaccharide extraction process.[0003]At present, the method...
